Leonel Preza Named El Salvador Plant Manager

AEC Narrow Fabrics Continues to Sharpen Its Focus on
Product Performance and Lean Manufacturing

AEC Narrow Fabrics recently hired Leonel Preza as its new plant manager for the Company's manufacturing plant in El Salvador. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his new position with emphasis on manufacturing management, quality initiatives, performance and growth.

 Leonel Preza brings an extensive background in lean manufacturing to his new role with AEC Narrow Fabrics.  His most recent position in apparel manufacturing focused on continuous improvement transformations through Kaizen events and certifying multiple facilities in the ISO 9001:2008 standard.  He also led an elastics manufacturing operation that encompassed knitted and woven products plus a full range of finishing, dyeing and printing processes.
