AEC Narrow Fabrics recently announced the hiring of Camilla Franklin as its Product Manager for mattress tapes.  She will report to Jeff Crisco, Vice President of Sales for the mattress industry.

AEC Narrow Fabrics recently announced three promotions and two new leadership positions for its manufacturing operations in the US and Central America. Lonnie Hanks (JR) has been promoted to the position of Plant Manager for Plant 4 in Asheboro, NC.  Rodney Smith, former Plant Manager for Weaving and Finishing has been promoted to a new position as Director of United States Manufacturing. Rick Adelman has been promoted to the new position of Director of Central America Manufacturing.

AEC Narrow Fabrics recently earned ISO 9001:2008 certification for its North Carolina plants after investing more than a year in an evaluation and development process that amplifies efficiencies and quality.  The Company's Quality Management System was independently assessed by an accredited registrar using criteria set by the International Organization of Standardization.  Formal notification of AEC's achievement was received in March 2013.
